Features solo guitar music from the Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic and 20th Century Periods highlighting works by various composers
including Dowland, Bach, Couperin, Purcell, Weiss, Sor, Tarrega, Albeniz, Debussy, Satie, Villa-Lobos, Piazzolla, Barrios, Brouwer and others 

Echoes Of A Century
ECHOES OF A CENTURY highlights some of our favorite music from the 20th century. Bruce Abbott (alto and soprano saxophone & flute) and Dennis Costa (classical, steel-string and arch-top guitar) present an exciting program in a variety of styles from classical to jazz to popular song. Featuring compositions by George Gershwin, Maurice Ravel, Jimmy Dorsey, Thelonious Monk, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Luis Bonfa, Astor Piazzolla, Ralph Towner and the Beatles. Highlights include unique medleys of Porgy and Bess, Black Orpheus and Abbey Road.

A World Of Strings
The program will feature Dennis performing on various period instruments including a parlor guitar from the 1890's,  a 1925 Martin ukulele,  a 1936 flamenco guitar from Madrid, a 1937 Gibson archtop guitar, a 1970 Rodriguez guitar among others. The music will compliment the era when the instruments were made and cover a wide variety of styles including ragtime, classical, tangos, jazz, tin pan alley, bossa-nova, pop and more. Composers highlighted include Scott Joplin, Hoagy Carmichael, George Gershwin, Harold Arlen, Carlos Gardel, Thelonioua Monk, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Antonio Carlos Jobim, William Walton, The Beatles and more. 

Baroque Reflections
Program highlighting music of the Baroque era with guitar solos and duos featuring other instruments including violin, recorder, flute, cello, and 2nd guitar. Selections include original compositions and transcriptions highlighting various composers including Scarlatti, Handel, Bach, DeVisee, Couperin, Cimarosa, Loeillet, Sanz, Corelli, Vivaldi and more.

20th Century Music of the Americas
Music from the United States, Central and South America in a variety of styles including Jazz, Classical and Traditional Music.
Features compositions by Scott Joplin, George Gershwin, Thelonious Monk, Leonard Bernstein, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Luis Bonfa, Carlos Gardel,
Heitor Villa-Lobos, Antonio Lauro, Astor Piazzolla, Augustin Barrios and others.
